Seasonal Rates
Our campervan hire prices vary depending on the season, vehicle type and demand.
All rates are per vehicle, per night.
Rates are per vehicle, per night. Your quote depends on the vehicle selected, hire dates, seasonal adjustments and special-event periods.
Base nightly rates: Nomad €145; Pathfinder €155; Road Surfer €165; Frontier €175; Adventurer €185; Explorer €205.
Off-peak: base rate applies, except where an event adjustment is applicable.
Shoulder season: a seasonal adjustment may apply.
Peak season: summer and major-event adjustments may apply.
Please use Check Availability to obtain a price for your dates. Optional extras and refundable security deposits are separate from the base hire charge.
Rental Duration
Standard minimum hire: 3 nights during off-peak periods.
Peak-season minimum hire: 5 nights, from June through September 2027, including Electric Picnic.
Maximum hire: Generally 30 nights unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Please contact us for specific arrangements or longer hires.
Payment Information
Pay 50% of the rental total when booking, with the remaining 50% payable when you collect the campervan at check-in. You can also choose to pay the full rental amount when booking.
Your reservation is confirmed once your booking payment has been completed and your confirmation email has been issued.
The refundable security deposit is separate from the rental charge. For cancellation conditions, see section 14 of our hire terms and conditions.
Security deposit
A refundable €2,000 security deposit is required for each booking, separate from the hire charge.
Refunds and any deductions are subject to the hire terms and conditions. Please review those terms for the accepted payment method, deposit collection arrangements and refund timing.
Optional Extras
All prices include VAT.
Bedding kit – €25 per person
Gas – €90 per small cylinder (optional extra)
Outdoor Table – €25 per hire; Outdoor Chair – €15 per hire (selected separately)
Bike Rack – €50 per hire
Additional Driver – €25 per day
Choose from the extras available in the booking form. If an item or package is not listed, contact us before booking to confirm availability and arrangements.
Driver & Insurance Requirements
Minimum driver age: 25 years
Maximum driver age: 70 years
Minimum licence held: 2 years
International drivers are accepted (full valid licence required in English or officially translated).
All vehicles are fully insured subject to these conditions.
Pickup & Return Details
Pickup location: County Dublin
Standard pickup window: 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Standard return time: 12:00pm
Early pickups or late returns may be accommodated by prior arrangement, subject to availability and an additional fee.
